Praise the Lord!  The Lord is good and His mercy endureth forever.

The year 2016 is half gone.  Time is passing quickly.  Everyone is so busy doing this and doing that.  It is almost time for school to begin.  Summer is almost over.  And ,as we look at time passing as relates to summer, school and the year, what about time passing as relates to your life?  Everyday, the body ages.  Everyday that passes a soul gets closer to the day it will  meet the Lord.  Are you ready?  Have you obeyed the word of God as it relates to preparing your soul to meet Jesus?

As time passes and the Lord delays His coming, it seems folks are forgetting about their soul.  It seems as if everyone has bought into this love thing and is no longer repenting or crying out to the Lord.  Well, I come to remind you that it is still necessary to repent.  It is still necessary to cry out to Lord for deliverance and salvation.  It is still is necessary to live a holy, sanctified life.
The more it appears that folks are forgetting or over looking this, the more the preacher needs to cry out about it.  Eternity is a long time.   Many now days no longer believe in the judgment of God or hell.  But let me remind you, both are real.  Everyone is going to face the judgment seat of God.  Everyone.  The wages of sin is still death.  The gift of God is still eternal life for those that obey the Word of God for salvation.

I see the preachers playing and joking.  One minute they are talking about salvation and Jesus.  The next minute they are making fun of the church or joking foolishly like world.  You can not do both preacher.  That makes for being double minded too.  And the Bible says a double minded man is unstable in ALL his ways!!

"And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.  Revelation 22:12

"Behold, I come quickly.  blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book."  Revelation 22:7

"Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the ages into the city."  Revelation 22:14
