The Lord gave us a word on Friday night. To make it you are going to need some hope!
Jeremiah 17:7 says, "Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is."
When you have hope, you have a trusting expectation for the fulfillment of Gods promises in your life. You don't just 'hope it works out'. You know that what the Word of God says about your situation is going to be in your life. This is a promise that the believer can stand on. And in case you do not have hope, the Lord has it set up to where 'tribulation worketh patience, patience experience and experience hope and hope taketh not ashamed.." Romans 5:3-5. Therefore when the believer goes through it is working out for his or her good.
I Corinthians 15:19 says, "If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable."
Nahum 1:7 says, "The Lord is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him."
The hope of the Lord, Hope in the Lord will see you through anything. Thank the Lord for Godly hope.
